a) to organise those involved in the construction work with respect to a
quality standard
b) to give prophylactic advice during the building stage to avoid defects
and
c) to rectify defects as they occur during construction work
d) to prepare the documentation of the quality of the work in accordance
with the contractual agreements as evidence of the quality standard
achieved.
